Hello All!
I sent out an email but for those of you who did not get it, I am planning a birthday party for Jimmy on the 27th. I know it would be difficult to impossible for you out of towners to travel for a 1 year olds party but if you would jump at the chance to get away, we have plenty of room. I miss everyone so much. Please pass this on to Grandpa and anyone else who is not blogging away like the rest of us:).

I wish I could say I can make it. Most likely I can't.
I feel so nervous about even trying to drive down there. I have no emergency funds should the truck break down. It is seven years old now. I do have a towing plan that is free but the thought of being stranded on the highway with my health is scarey.
I really hate that I have to miss out on so many family things. It makes me more lonely and stressed. And that makes the pain worse and my spirits.
I need to build up a cash reserve in a savings account; three or four thousand just for emergencies. I have no more credit. It has been destroyed when I lost my job and when I filed for disability. I am currently working on building up that fund. It will help.
I will look into how much it costs to take the bus (if it is 8 hours each way on the bus I can't do that) and will even check the train. Trains have more comfortable seating than buses. I will see how much it costs.
Barb, I was wondering what LYMI meant. And now I forgot already.
